How can i perform chlorine gas reaction with hydrogen peroxide.With chlorine as an oxidizing agent and not as a reducing agent,reacting with hydrogen peroxide to produce 'hydrochloric acid and oxygen' and not hypochlorous acid and water.

"Cl_2 + 3H_2O_2 = 2HCl + 2H_2O + 2O_2"

From the equation we have an excess of hydrogen peroxide.
