2. Yes LPA and HPA can be explained by gas laws while keeping volume constant high pressure area will be formed by increasing temperature and low pressure area will be formed by decreasing temperature.

3. Graham's law- the rate of diffusion of a gas is inversely proportional to the square root of the molar mass of its particles.

Any gas having high molar mass will diffuse less and vice versa.
