The mass concentration of 50.6% means that 50.6 grams of the substance can be dissolved in 100 g of water. 100 ml of water weigh 100 g.

According to the solubility-temperature table on Wikipedia, maximum solubility of this substance in water at 100°C is 41 g per 100 ml of water. Since the temperature of solution (in liquid phase) cannot be greater than 100°C (boiling point of water), some data is incorrect.
