Question #113295

Hello I have question it is hard for me can you help me.please . The question is

What do the law of conservation of mass and the law of conservation of energy have in common? Check all that are true:

A. Both explain that mass or energy are destroyed in open systens

B. Both are demostrated in balance equations

C. Both explain that mass or energy are only created in exothermic reactions

D

Both explain that mass or energy are not created or destroyed

In my opnion is D. But what about B??

Thank you

Expert's answer

the correct answer is Both explain that mass or energy are not created or destroyed and they can be changed into one form from other form

if we see this equation E=mc2 then we can see how mass and energy are related to each other
