4.1 Negligence
It is a legal theory that must be proved before you can hold a person or company legally responsible for the harm you suffered.Negligence claims must prove four things in court: duty, breach, causation, and damages/harm.
4.2 Procedural fairness’
It means acting fairly in administrative decision making. It relates to the fairness of the procedure by which a decision is made, and not the fairness in a substantive sense of that decision.
4.3 Audi alteram partem’
It's a firmly established rule of common law that a judge or anyone exercising a judicial function must hear both sides of the case : not only the plaintiff Ir prosecutor, but also the defendant must be heard.
4.4 Nemo iudex in sua causa principle
It states that no one should be made a judge in his own cause or the rule against bias.
