3.2 Compromise is a basic negotiation process in which both parties give up something that they want in order to get something else they want more.

3.3 Collaboration in a workplace involves a group of people sharing their ideas and skills in order to achieve a common goal. Working collaboratively, instead of individually, helps improve productivity and gives employees a sense of purpose in the organization.


3.4 Avoidance is any behavioral, cognitive, or emotional activity directed away from a threat. For example, denial and withdrawal.

3.5 Accommodation Acceptance is the acceptance of an offer to buy goods for current or prompt shipment by shipping nonconforming goods after notifying the buyer that the shipment is intended as an accommodation.
