Citizens in Cape Town are supposed to act morally, particularly in matters involving sex sexual contact, particularly among the unmarried population, as specialists have warned them about South Africa's high HIV patients infected, and as a result, individuals must exercise caution to safeguard their own lives and the lives of their partners. Although unprotected sex is used by youth and women for self-satisfaction and financial gain as a result of unemployment, which leads to low living conditions. Sexual activity among people is against cultural standards and hence unacceptably unacceptable, particularly among the younger age. To the youngsters, it is a conduct that they have chosen and are certain is against the rules.
