The performance of minority students who are discriminated on various grounds is greatly interfered with. The self esteem of the discriminated minority students is negatively affected which subsequently affect their academic performance. Discrimination greatly impacts the socialization process which is fundamental in learning processes. The learning outcomes of the discriminated students are wanting. Simple random sampling and Stratified random sampling word be appropriate in such a scenario.
