As the Public Relations Manager for Trans Namibia, a national railway company, you are
responsible for handling all Public Relations activities. You receive a telephone call informing
you that one of your company trains has derailed. You are informed there are a number of
deaths and serious injuries amongst the passengers on the train and that the railway line is
likely to be blocked for many hours or maybe a few days.
