Economic growth and technology advances has led to increasing inequality in countries. The development of technology negatively affects the system's ability to distribute income equitably. After the global financial crisis, technological development has accelerated the growth of income inequality. There is need to reduce inequality in the countries and in societies to bring balance in the interaction between countries and people as well. There are ways of reducing inequalities such as; reducing income inequalities, promoting universal social, economic and political inclusion, ensuring equal opportunities and end discrimination, and adopting fiscal and social policies that promotes equality. US commentators regularly lament the country’s racial and ethnic inequality with the recent killing of Floyd raising eyebrows.
