What is pluralism and inter colonialism and what relationship does it have to othering?
Pluralism is characterized as a society in which political power is shared by multiple individuals, groups, or organizations. A culture where people of various cultural backgrounds maintain their own traditions or where trade unions and employers collaborate to meet the needs of workers is an example of pluralism.
Internal colonialism is the unequal impact of economic growth on a regional basis, also known as "uneven development," as a consequence of the repression of marginalized groups within a larger community, resulting in political and economic disparities within a country.
Relationship
In a society there is always a social class comprisiong of the capitalist and the common people (working class). The working class people in the society strive for pluralism while the capitalist strive for internal colonialism to maintain the status quo.
