What is the reason why the suicide rate is low in the Pakistani army? 

Suicide rates are referred to as the number of intentional or self-initiated deaths. This number is found to be lower in the Pakistan army due to the following reasons:

Pakistan armed forces are believed to lack an accurate collection of self mediated deaths of the army because many deaths are hidden below the surface and may not be reported to the healthcare services

Most families in Pakistan prohibit forensic researches such as autopsy due to their religious and legal rules. For this reason, it makes the awareness of death an etiology hard and thus a low rate of suicide cases.

Lack of completion of the deceased death certificate is another cause for low suicide rates in the Pakistan army. At most times, no one is responsible for completing the death certificate of those soldiers, and thus failures in updates of the records leading to low rates death rates.
