All of our genuine ideals require freedom to exist. There are several aspects and levels of liberty. Some are incredibly radical, questioning authority to the point of causing confrontation. If one person's freedom infringes on another's, there must be restrictions on that person's release, but such infringement would not be true freedom but rather dominance.

Flow is a psychological state that is defined by the great delight in what one is doing. This psychological state is autotelic (i.e., gratifying in and of itself); persons who experience flow are naturally motivated to engage in activities that promote it.
