The PCD endeavor, or Participatory Communication for Developing, is essentially about building solid relationships with the society and therefore expediting collaborative activities and projects for economic transformation. It empowers indigenous societies to discuss and ameliorate their problems and practices, as well as to collaborate with other concerned parties to develop better policies. To be effective, correspondence must integrate distinct perspectives and expertise from all players and delegates in order to ensure native households' usage for the long-term self sufficiency of collective transition operations while also influencing strategy and regulation guidelines at all echelons.
