Leader is defined as the one who sets goals and visions that motives people to be more committed in achieving goals. Leader should possess certain skills, such as: Ability to create a vision. I can tell that I am communicating like a leader if my communication poses the following qualities;

Firstly, a leader should have a clear Messaging. Therefore I would know that am a leader if I can know how to collect data and input from various sources, analyze and synthesize the data into a clear and coherent message that everyone can understand.

Secondly, a leader should have a commanding presence in that when you speak, you command attention. This is because as a leader if I call for a meeting, I should facilitate the discussion and lead the group to analyze, decide or act.

Lastly, as a leader my communication should entail core values. This is because my communication underscores my authenticity and my definition comes through in my word choices, tone, body language, attitudes, habits, and daily actions and the people around me see congruency, not hypocrisy.

I am a democratic leader who decentralizes authority by consulting with the subordinates and their participation in the formulation of plans and policies. I also encourage their participation in decision-making.

The following are some of my leadership objectives; ensuring proper Organization of Employees, working towards a common goal and motivating Employees.in conclusion, I would take an advantage of my strong points in minimizing my weak points when communicating with others by using my strong points as much as possible.
