To make public relations simple and understandable, there are a few fundamental concepts. The interactive exchanges of influence or shared communication required for PR are referred to as communication. This is one way that we, as public servants, can send a message to the public and affect their perceptions. Understanding; in order to represent or send a positive message to the audience, you must express the message in a way that they can comprehend, since if they grasp the organization's objective, they are more likely to purchase the product or service that you are attempting to promote.
Mutual pleasure is a phase in which both the public and the organization make concessions so that both parties’ profit from their connection. This is the receiving and understanding of messages derived from the PR team's communication as well as the audience's reaction. As the world itself describes the goal of PR, publics is perhaps one of the most significant concepts. A public is a group of people who act in the same way as you do when it comes to the product or service, you're trying to sell them. Public relations professionals are there to help you and your company create relationships with your clients and customers. Building relationships allows you to target people who believe in your brand and want to see your business succeed, and it's all about people's emotions, just like any other relationship (Stein, 2018). It's important to remember that the emotions you can elicit in your audience are the ones who will purchase into your business. It is people who are concerned. So, these are the folks with whom you hope to establish a working connection for your company.
