It is a fact that the environment of a person influences his or her genetics, as well as a person’s environment, influences his or her environment. It is a fact that any individual’s psychological and behavioral characteristics are influenced by genes which in turn dictate how it influences his or her environment in terms of personality interaction and intellectual ability. Similarly, external factors such as light, chemicals, drugs, and temperature are some of the external environmental factors that are determinants on the type of genes that are turned off and on. In this way, they are influential in the way that an organism functions and develops.
