Problem Statement
The current lifestyle among people is dynamic. People are busier to the extent that they are not aware of the existing companies and new products. If this kind of information is not shared over social media platforms, then people cannot get to know about some companies and their products, which might be new in the market. Therefore the main problem is a lack of awareness among the residents of the five provinces about the existence of a product or its usage and benefits. With this problem identified through the department of social development, the company wants to create awareness amongst the people of the five provinces through a public relations program.
Aims and Objectives
In the 21st century, consumers of various goods and services are IT savvy. They embrace the latest technologies and use social media platforms to get information and share their experiences with their colleagues. The company will use social media platforms to reach out to people to carry out a campaign.
The main objective of the public relations program is to raise awareness among people in the five provinces chosen by the department of social development. The campaign aims at connecting audiences where they can learn more about the company and the products offered by the company.

Developing the message
The central message of the public relations plan is creating awareness among the people in the five chosen provinces. Social media platforms such as Facebook and WhatsApp will be employed to pass the awareness messages to customers. Print media and electronic media will also structure the awareness messages more appealingly. The awareness message will be developed with serious consideration of the age groups of the people residing in the five provinces while capturing their immediate needs. All the media platforms will deal with advertisements that have the theme of awareness of the company and its products using witty language and structured in a way that quickly catches the eyes and ears of the customers in the five provinces.
