1.What is unemployment?

2. In your own opinion, what is it that has contributed to an increased rate of unemployment? (give two answers only)

3. Are all youths in your country employed? Yes or no? Briefly explain.

4. Should the problem of unemployment be discussed by the government?

5. How can the government solve the employment problem?

The questions asked in the questionnaire will help me to know how the rate of unemployment can be reduced. It will also help me know the method that can be used to empower them to create employment opportunities for their self-employment.


Job satisfaction among the age of 45 to 50 years


1. At what time are you required to be at the workplace and at what time do you leave?

2. What challenges do you face in the time in and time out of the job?

3. Do you get pressure from your employer and how do you cope with the situation?

4. Do you have access to leaf or off?

5. How do you always feel when you have been denied access to off or leaf?

6. In a rating of 0-10, where, 0 means dissatisfied and 10 means fully satisfied, how do you rate your satisfaction with the job?


Types of interviews

When doing an interview it is advisable to use a structured interview, because, it is a planned and accurate type of interview.


When looking at detailed information, it will not be advisable to use telephone interviews, because, it does not give accurate results. Because the person being interviewed may tend to lie.
