Application may support CRUD operations. (Add/View/Update/Delete)

For developing the web app, needed requirements are using Basic HTML and run on TomCat server. Other than that you can get support from any language/framework .

No use of databases. No data transferring with database, just manage the data dynamically in opened web app.
