We can use productivity software to increase efficiency in our work by doing the following:

1. With the increase in study and research about machine learning we will use Excel sheets and other productivity software in order to store and explore data.

2. We can use productivity software in order to create graph of a certain data and visualize things based on it.

3. They can be used to understand and implement complex calculations.

4. We can store data that can be used by other departments later.

5. A good knowledge of spreadsheets will be required in the future for more people.
