·        Social media has created, promoted and brand awareness. The more company post about a product and get reviews from the potential customers hence increasing their sales by marketing online

·        Social media uses social networking to demonstrate its customer service level and enrich its relationship with customers. Example if customers complains of a product or service on twitter on any other platform may apologize about the action that was committed.
