To capture the entire screen press the windows key and print screen at the same time. The screen will dim for a moment to indicate successful snapshot. Open an image editing program like the GIMP. Open a new image and press CTRL + V to paste the screenshot.

DATE_ MODIFIED_ Go keep track of when changes are extracted and in a subsequent run filter on the DATE- MODIFIED column to retrieve rows that were modified.

Diff_ it compares the current state of the data with previous state of the data to identify what changed.
