HTML program that divides the webpage in two frames with ratio of 25% and 75%. Assign the first frame to “Table of Contents” and the second frame to “Display area”. Attach another HTML document to the table of contents frame which will contain four hyperlinks named “About VU”, “How VU works”, “Organizational Structure” and “Board of Governors”. Attach four “.doc” files to these links in such a way that when user clicks the link, the target files should open in “Display area”.
