The findings in this report are based on a Berkeley IGS Poll completed by the Institute of Governmental Studies 

(IGS) at the University of California, Berkeley. The poll was completed online among 2,106 likely voters May 22 -

28, 2018 in English and Spanish by distributing email invitations to stratified random samples of registered voters 

throughout California.
