Jim Crow laws were a collection of state and local statutes that legalized racial segregation. Personally, The “separate but equal” doctrine resulted in inferior facilities for blacks ranging from schools to housing to employment would help me since I could put more effort to move to a better life.

Education was segregated as were public facilities such as hotels and restaurants under Jim Crow Laws. In reality, Jim Crow laws led to treatment and accommodations that were almost always inferior to those provided to white Americans. I found it more ridiculous since if a black American could afford a public facility of high class out of hard work could be reworded.
