Which Bill of Rights protections are incorporated now? Is there anything in the Bill of Rights that you were surprised to learn was incorporated or unincorporated? What and why?
Progressively, the several rations of the Bill of Rights have been detained to be applicable to the state and indigenous governments by amalgamation through the 14th Amendment in the year 1868 and the 15th Amendment in the year 1870. I am surprised since the 5th Amendment, the right to due process has been amalgamated against the states. Furthermore, the 6th Amendment, the rights to a public, speedy, and detached trial have been amalgamated against the states within the USA.
