Answer to Question #260506 in Physics for Marstercell

Question #260506

I was just thinking to my self about speeding and a police man pulling you over so the theory that I then thought of was that what if the calculation we have for the speed of light is wrong and that it's possible to move or go faster than the spread of light for example for any thing to be seen it first has to have light shining on to it to then be reflected back at some one or something for it to be seen and so then when something or some one is moving they are first of all moving at the spread of light stationary and then they start to run or even get into a car and so then they would be traveling faster and the light in to whitch that is rebounding has to move faster for that some one to be seen so the speed of light +10 miles an hour if running and a car the speed of light +70 mph

According to modern notion, the speed of light is the maximum speed that can be achieved, so, we don't know what will happen if we move faster than the speed of light
