Glass can be used as a wall in warm countries because it is usually thin and thus cannot keep enough heat at nights or cold weather. Wood is a proper material for walls because it has many air inclusions that decrease its thermal conductivity, so, wooden walls can keep almost constant temperature independently of the temperature outside. Moreover, wood is eco-friendly material.
