According to the Charles's Law, when the pressure of the gas is held constant there is a direct relationship between the temperature and the volume. In other words, if the temperature of the gas increases its volume also increases. Also, if the gas is heated, its particles give an additional energy so they become move faster. As a result, the volume of the gas increases.
