Pressure gauges are instruments used to measure overpressure or absolute pressure (pressure difference). The "zero" gauge overpressure is at atmospheric air pressure.
Vacuum gauges are used to measure the pressure of rarefied gases.
A manovacuum meter allows you to determine the excess pressure and rarefaction of the gas.
Headometers measure a small overpressure (not more than 40 kPa), traction meters measure a small vacuum.
Differential pressure gauges determine the pressure difference at two points.
Micromanometers - differential pressure gauges for determining small pressure differences.
Barometers determine atmospheric air pressure.
