According to Hooke's Law, we know that stress applied on an object is directly proportional to the strain. The ratio of the stress applied to the strain we get is always constant and is known as the Elastic constant. Depending upon the object, there are different types of Elastic Constants as stated below-

  • Young's Modulus
  • Bulk Modulus
  • Rigidity Modulus
  • Poisson's Ration
