Suppose I have a couple of charged masses attached to a spring(device 1), and I set it into oscillation.
The charges, now accelerating, should emit radiation.
Now, if I keep an identical device (device 2)at some distance from the oscillating first, the radiation should cause this one to accelerate/oscillate as well, and thus emit radiation of its own.
Won't this radiation affect device 1? Will this act like a feedback system?
What will eventually happen?
