Workshop A

Workshop B

$$mean_2=\mu_2$$

$$=\dfrac{1}{12+7+10+6+2+1 }(12(3.00)+7(3.00)$$

$$+10(4.25)+6(3.50)+2(3.50)+1(5.00))=3.49$$

Workshop B pays higher average rate of wages.
