b. Unbiased. This is not controlled as the students are themselves deciding how much they want to study.

c. Controlled experiment. The experimenter has control over the treatment assignment (study hours) however the units are not assigned randomly and thus unbiasedness can't be ensured.

d. None of the above. The experimenter neither conrols the bias, nor the treatment assignment.

e. Controlled experiment. The treatment assignment is decided by the experimenter, however, the treatment groups are biased.
