Let R be the likelihood that a student is registered at a particular higher education institution for an honours degree in Statistics

Also let F represent female

P(R)=0.85P(R)=0.85

P(FR)=0.25P(F\cap R)=0.25

P(FR)=P(FR)P(R)P(F|R)=\frac{P(F\cap R)}{P(R)}

=0.250.85=\frac{0.25}{0.85}

=0.29412=0.29412
