The best customer service I had was with the customer service of my mobile service provider. At first I was angered about the charges and called for explanation, the receiver made me feel like a king in his response and meant me change my mind and instead I told him that I need to pay the bill. The tone of his speech and the selected words were just very perfect for the situation.
