Three behavioral segmentation bases that I believe to be the most relevant to CBD oil marketing strategy in South Africa are: benefit sought, which is the customer's choice based on the features and solutions that suits them, purchase behavior which refers to the consumer's action, both offline and online before deciding on buying the product, and consumer loyalty-the likeliness of a customer to purchase again from the same brand or company.
Product characteristic positioning will deal with the uniqueness of the brand's quality in terms of dependability and durability. Pricing is another strategy that involves the relationship between the price and the quality of the product and how the consumer perceives it's value.
