Behavioral segmentation is the act of grouping customers in a particular market on the basis of their behaviors as far as matters regarding purchasing are concerned (Yoseph et al, 2019). There are several Behavioral segmentation bases for CBD oils with the first one being on the basis of purchasing decisions and here for instance customers who do some background checks and also reviews will do the same for the oils to ensure that they are making the right choice.
The second basis will be occasion or the timing whereby some customers will expect to get discounts for the oils during national holidays as well as other holidays such as Christmas. The third basis will be on benefits derived from using the product or service and here the customers will be looking for the benefits that they will derive from using the oils be it health wise or other benefits such as smooth skin.
