discouraging abusive and opportunistic customer behaviour
Abusive and opportunistic customer behaviour are means that are used by customers for selfish gains against a business. Abusive customer behaviours are those that demean the integrity of the shop attendants in certain outlets that deal with several customers. Opportunistic behaviours are the hostile behaviours that customers use to gain advantages of circumstances even if they are harming the business such as pirating the copyrights of companies. The two forms of behaviours should be discouraged at all cost since they have the potential of harming the business. This might have negative repercussions for the business which might even lead to closure and loss of jobs for employees. In cases where these behaviours take long before they are discovered, they will lead to loss of revenues through the avenues that unfaithful customers exploit the company.
