Jollibee Foods Corporation is planning to expand in China within the next 5 years. Its expansion strategy focuses on Filipinos areas first and then on the local Chinese markets. The aim of the company is to raise its revenue in China to 30% of total sales and decrease it to 30% in the Philippines in the coming years.
Jollibee has acquired Titan Dining, Red Ribbon Bakeshop, chowking, Smashburger, and The coffee bean and tea leaf among others.
Jollibee Foods has succeeded because of its innovative new products, smart branding strategy, efficient manufacturing, complemented by strong customer orientation, logistics facilities, and creative marketing programs.
