Consumer decision process;
Need recognition- In this stage, the consumer realizes the need or the gap that they need to fulfill or fill. in this case, Aslam needs a car and knows that need wants an affordable and economical vehicle for everyday transport.
Information search- the customer starts looking for information that will help them solve their problem. Aslam will start looking for a place he can buy an affordable and economical vehicle.
Option evaluation- the customer begins to evaluate their options to determine which is the best solution for their problem. Aslam must determine what car is the most trustworthy, affordable, highest quality, and highest performing to fulfill his needs.
Purchasing decision- the customer is ready to pull the trigger and make a purchase. Aslam has made his decision about which car( brand ) is best for him, and he is ready to buy.
Post-purchase evaluation- the path to buying is complete. The customer has made a purchase. But that doesn’t mean the customer journey is complete. Now is the time when the customer reflects on whether they made the right decision. Aslam will use the car and see if it is what he needed.
