Briefly discuss the definitions of organisational culture. What are the pillars of
organisational culture? Please substantiate your answer with a contextual example.
An organization's culture defines the proper way to behave within the organization. This culture consists of shared beliefs and values established by leaders and then communicated and reinforced through various methods, ultimately shaping employee perceptions, behaviours and understanding. Through my work with thousands of customers and hundreds of employees, I've observed that most people look for three key attributes to be truly dedicated and engaged in their work: purpose, community, and growth. These are the three pillars that serve as the foundation of a strong company culture.
