Originally Carroll’s CSR four parts were the economic, legal, ethical, and discretionary expectations of the society from organizations at various times. The four responsibilities can be associated with various disadvantages. They include the high expenses and costs when investing in them at any scale. Moreover, companies are forced to re-arrange their finances to accommodate the budgetary changes. Mainly, they invest in training employees, initiate campaigns and collaborations with external organizations to launch their programs (Zainee et al., 2020)
