It requires people who are curious and artistic so as to score higher. This trait contributes to meaningful workplace behavior by enabling one to do and adapt well to unexpected transitions.
2. Conscientiousness – this trait measures the reliability of a person. Scoring higher in this area requires someone who is very organized, more goal-oriented and can control impulses. Employees with this trait have a likelihood of seeing success in their workplace and excel as leaders due to high levels of motivation and effort.
3. Extraversion – this trait implies the talkative and social nature of a person. Employees showing this trait are generally social confident, more assertive and recharge from interacting with people. Thus, they do well in workplace because they can be good managers and successful sales people.
