Identification and description of the processes are as follows :
a) The steps - Some of the steps involved in an organization include :
-Consultation
-Attaching and tailoring the working policy to the business.
-Being specific and defining obligations,roles and responsibilities early.
-The step that follows is making the policy realistic and lastly,
-Publicising the procedures and policies.
b) Frequency of occurrence- The frequency of occurrence revolves around labour division,the leadership and authority,coordinated efforts and common purpose in the organization.
c) Those involved - Those involved in the processes and steps are the workers who influence the products and the products in return influence the people.
d) Measures to ensure safety,quality and customer satisfaction. Some of the measures that always ensure safety ,quality and satsfaction of the customers include :
-Uderstandung customer needs.
- Providing consistent customer service.
-Treating employees well.
-Providing a variety of communication channels.
-Responding quickly anytime there are issues and lastly
- Fixing any kind of mistakes that arise.
