Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management approach that seeks to provide long-term success by providing unparalleled customer satisfaction through the constant delivery of quality IT services. The following are the four principles of TQM:
(i) Quality can and must be managed.
(ii) Everyone has a customer and is a supplier.
(iii) Processes, not people are the problem.
(iv) Every employee is responsible for quality.
