Intelligent Services, your employer, prides itself on hiring minorities. One candidate fully fits the job requirements for an open position in your division. However, your boss is concerned that some of your customers will not understand the candidate’s limited command of the English language. a) I would select the candidate as he has the ability and the right attitude to do the job. I will explain to my boss that I will mentor the candidate as he will be reporting to me directly and therefore it will be easy to mentor him.
