The following are measures you can take to ensure that you convince the stakeholders.

1. Starting early- initiate the projects early is a tool that many managers have used to convince stakeholders so that they can accept a certain project.

2. Speaking in business terms- using business language while addressing stakeholders convinces them and they easily accept a project.

3. Having a plan- having a well written down plan shows the stakeholders that you are serious with the project.

4. Providing evidence to the stakeholders- this assures the stakeholders that what is going to be undertaken is serious and that it is likely to yield good results.
