There are different trends that affect human resource. Globalization requires the human resource to have the right mix of employees that will help achieve diversity. In addition, the changing skill requirement will need the department to always be robust to ensure the workers are well aligned with the market requirements. Lastly, the changing continuous improvement programs requires changes in operations. That might affect the overall productivity and efficiency in the company.
